A holding deposit of £100 is payable on confirmation of booking
The balance of payment is due 6 weeks before arrival (payable as above).
In addition to the balance of payment an additional cheque in the sum of £250 (payable as above) is required by way of a security deposit, which is to cover damage and breakages. Please note that in the event that there is no damage or breakages the deposit will be returned to you after your departure.

To allow time for the chalet to be cleaned between guests we ask that you check in after 2.00pm on the day of arrival. If the apartment is not occupied the day before your arrival it may be possible to allow an earlier check in time, please do not hesitate to ask.
Check out time is 11.00am please. |

| Although Saturday is our preferred changeover day, we are flexible during less busy periods to accommodate budget flights. |
LOW COST EQUIPMENT HIRE & LIFT PASSES
As part of our service to provide you with a stress free holiday we can offer to help arrange low cost equipment hire and lift passes. Prices are as follows:
Board/Boots/Bindings package for 20-30 levs per day (approx £10)
Mon - Fri lift pass = full day 55 levs (approx £20)
Sat - Sun lift pass = full day 32 levs (approx £12)
Night Skiing lift pass = 16 levs (approx £6) |
TERMS & CONDITIONS Please make sure that you read this section as these are the conditions that you agree to when you book
No contract shall exist between the client or persons on whose behalf the booking form is made and Chalet UB until a signed booking form has been received with a deposit or full payment as applicable and our confirmation invoice has been issued.
All clients are subject to these conditions whether they have signed our booking form or not. We reserve the right to refuse to accept bookings in our absolute discretion, without stating the reason for doing so.
The balance of monies due must be paid 10 weeks before departure. We cannot guarantee to accept bookings that arrive after this date. Once confirmation is dispatched, your contract is made with us and the deposit is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to charge £25 per alteration, should you wish to change your original booking. Dishonoured cheques will be treated as an amendment. If we are unable to make alterations as you requested and you do not wish to continue with the booking then our cancellation charges apply.
Any booking cancellation must be made in writing without any due delay.
Clients are responsible at all times for their own personal documents, baggage and ski equipment, whether hired or not.
Your holiday starts and finishes where stated on your invoice. We are not responsible for your travel to or from this point or for any expenses, including travel accommodation, subsistence and loss of earnings, caused by delayed return to your departure point, howsoever caused.
All clients undertake not to damage their accommodation, and to abide by local regulations.
Clients are liable for the cost of any damage.
Chalet UB accepts responsibility for ensuring the holiday you book with us is as described in the brochure and the services offered reach a reasonable standard. If any part is not provided as promised, we will pay you the appropriate compensation if it has affected your enjoyment of the holiday.
We will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of personal possessions from our premises. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure the security of guests' personal possessions, we cannot guarantee it. It is up to the client to ensure that each member of the party is responsible for the safety of all their own personal possessions, documents and equipment. No responsibility or liability is or will be accepted in respect of such items. All clients should ensure their health and possessions are covered by personal travel insurance.
Chalet UB accepts no responsibility if any client suffers illness, injury or death whilst staying at Chalet UB, all clients should ensure that they have adequate travel insurance before travelling to Bulgaria.If you wish to make a complaint whilst in resort you must report it to the relevant local management agent (contact details are available in Chalet UB), thereby giving them the opportunity to remedy the problem. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever if we are not informed immediately, of any problem during your stay. Complaints not resolved completely in resort should be made in writing within 28 days of the end of the holiday. We will not accept liability for claims received after this period. |
